Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you can cancel a booking with Iconic Bangladesh Travel and what refund applies.

Air tickets

Air ticket refunds follow the rules of the issuing airline and fare class. We pass on the airline’s refund minus any service fees disclosed at booking. Non-refundable fares cannot be cancelled for a cash refund — some airlines offer a partial credit voucher.

Visa services

  • Before submission to embassy: full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • After submission: non-refundable — embassy fees are paid to the embassy and consultancy time has been spent.
  • Visa refused: we refund our service fee on a case-by-case basis; embassy/government fees are not refundable.

Tour packages

  • More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • 15–30 days before: 50% refund.
  • 7–14 days before: 25% refund.
  • Less than 7 days: non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email infoiconicbangladesh@gmail.com with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Force majeure

For cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, war), we offer rescheduling at no extra charge or a credit voucher valid for 12 months. Cash refunds in such cases are subject to recovery from our suppliers.
