By using this website or booking any service with Iconic Bangladesh Travel, you agree to these terms.
1. Our role
Iconic Bangladesh Travel acts as an agent between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, embassies, hotels, transport operators). We do our best to deliver an accurate quote and a smooth booking experience, but the actual service is rendered by these suppliers and is subject to their terms.
2. Pricing & payment
All prices are in BDT unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is required before tickets, visas, or vouchers are issued.
3. Passport & travel documents
You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date and that you meet all visa and entry requirements for your destination. We will advise but cannot guarantee entry.
4. Changes & cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and the underlying supplier’s rules.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service you booked with us. We are not liable for loss, injury, or delay caused by airlines, embassies, hotels, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information in forms, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
